Do I need to bring my own equipment to your workshops?
We provide all equipment you will need at our workshops, in fact we will even supply a camera if you require one! We do however recommend bringing your own equipment if you have it, as it is best to become familiar with what you use.
Which speedlite is best for your workshops?
We teach you to treat all lights equally so whatever speedlite you have is welcome! We can also recommend the best gear to buy and why.
Can I bring my laptop to the processing courses?
Sure! Although not essential, it means you can follow all the steps with us.
How much experience do I need?
Our workshops cover all experience levels. Whether you are completely new to photography and DSLR cameras or fairly confident and just want to brush up on your techniques, we have a workshop for you. See our courses page for more info (http://propixworkshops.com/courses)
What happens if a workshop is cancelled?
On the occasion that a workshop may be cancelled, you will be notified immediately and your payment refunded to you.
Do I get information after the workshop?
Sure you do! You will receive a digital eBook companion for all of our workshops that you can read on your iPhone, computer or simply print out. This way if you forget something from the workshop, you can always look it up in our guide book.
What’s included in the price?
In addition to providing equipment, you will get to work with experienced models and makeup artists ensuring you get the best photos possible. We also use very well equipped photography studios for our studio lighting workshop.
How can I pay?
You can pay by credit card or PayPal. Simply select how many workshops you wish to attend at the bottom of our Schedule page (http://propixworkshops.com/schedule) and you will be directed to our secure online payment page.
I would like to attend one of your workshops. Will you be coming to my town?
In 2011 we will be running workshops in more Australian cities. If you would like us to run a workshop in your town or city send us an email at propixworkshops@googlemail.com and we will come if there is enough demand.
